Remembering a Great!
Ever since my son was 7 years old, he has started nearly EVERY day with an episode of Sports Center. In fact, to this day our family protocol is to set the tv to ESPN at night so that when he wakes up he only has to hit one button and he can fall back asleep while the day's sports news seeps into his brain. That's why I got a lump in my throat when my now seemingly invincible 6' 5" 17 year old came down stairs with a sad look and said......"Stuart Scott?", as if wanting me to tell him it wasn't true. Then again, later in the day, when I overheard him telling his mom that he can't watch Sports Center today because he gets choked up. To me, that says it all. RIP #StuartScott ! BooYah!!!!
